Registration Forms for Returning and New Scouts

If you are trying to register an existing Scout or a Scout new to Pack 1634, you are in the right place!

Before filling out the form below, please see the following notes.
(TWO (2) forms for *new* Scouts; just ONE (1) for existing Scouts).

• Returning Scouts
  • You’re all set!  You do not need to fill out and submit a youth application, as we have it on file.
• New Scouts
  • Must fill out this page of the Boy Scouts of America Youth application (2021-2022).
    You can upload a photo or scan page 5 of the application, as long as it is readable, in the form below.

After your successful Scout registration, you will be automatically taken to Paypal to pay your son’s annual $200 dues for 2023-2024.

• You DO NOT need a Paypal account and can simply use a credit card to pay.
• Fees cover BSA costs and insurance, your scouts’ Boys Life Magazine subscription, awards/badges, and other supplies.
